I'm now trying to figure out what kind of character of a nation Lor is.
I've always had the impression, regardless of all the other stuff people say, that Lor is a well oiled machine where descent and falling out of line with the nations stance isn't tolerated.
My question to you is, what would you consider this to be as it was an act that in a way defied the nations political relations with another? And do you have an internal structure where you punish your own for doing something not acceptable to say the least?

All my dealings with LoR this set so far have been with Ali, I will continue in this manner, unless publicly stated by any other LoR states with the Leader tag that he has no power. Devil I'm looking at you here (primarily):

Yes, ali would be the one to talk to.
I don't deal with FA but our guy should get some punishment from S and a harsh message from ali for the trouble he's caused.
We have fought with many of our guys for many rounds and they have died for us many times so I don't think they will get any especially harsh punishment from us unless they do this repeatedly.

those 2 LoR states need to be killed by LoR. nothing less.

so if my calculations are correct you destoryed 35,625,185 infantry in these AA attacks, and within the next 12 hours had your top 2 states land grab him. Its no longer simply 1 state that needs a retal, its 3.

We have came to an accord in which, first and fore most i am sorry for the actions that were committed. There was no LoR backup for this action, it was all meant to spring up a war.
The main objective, has to be to avoid the suicider's main objective. Now I have talked to Nosejam and we came to a decision that, no SAs will be committed to the top guy of S for 48 hours. While the one that has been damaged most the second top S state will not be SAed for 72 hours.
This was all passed and decided upon by the two of us on MSN.
We have no room to reject this as it is already shameful to have seen an attack like this take place.
FA matter is closed.
Btw if a state does SA one of the ones i have mention me and nosejam agreed that it may happen due to the fact that someone didn't read a message, then the 72 hour/48 hours will take place after that mistaken SA. THUS ensuring that those states get their time.
ok i will respect the decisions made between our leaders, since it was this suiciders goal to start a war, no need to give him what he wanted.
