View Full Version : #42's Official Apology to #53 and nations
As some of you may have noticed, there was a few exchanges between #42 (me) and #53 this afternoon, including some illegal war acts.
There was a lot of things that led to my irresponsible action. First of all, earlier there was the run by #66, which I was barely able to survive running forced to run ineffective turns. And the day after that #53 was on the move again with the exact same strategy. What causes me to be frustrated was the fact that all other states try to make a run at me with 100% inf, while other people's been threatening to suicide me simply due to being an ex-member of LOR, which forces me to waste resources upgrading and producing non-defensive units. It's hard to keep a balance when you're pressured on both sides. And finally, I lost my head when Beeno grabbed me with random factor (he has 3% less military than I do) and sent me a message that I wasn't able to beat the random factor and stating he grabbed me before sending the message. And of course, it's the time for exams, I had a hard time balancing studying/sleeping and saving my *** in NW. I've sacrificed many things in during the last 2 weeks in my life for this, and I'm quite frankly devastating to see this happen simply because of luck factors. And I did something irrational and irresponsible. (but I know what happens in my RL is perhaps the least that you're concerned with, everyone has their own problems and difficulties, right?)
For my fellow members in EX, I am terribly sorry I put you all in this situation without speaking to you first. I acted irrationally, which is extremely irresponsible on my part. And I assume full responsibility. I am posting here to explain my actions. If you guys want me to leave, I'll gladly comply. If you are willing to keep me. I'll be forever grateful for standing by me. It's been extremely wonderful to be in the same nation with great supportive players like you all. I've never had such a fun and active time netting. And I'm glad I get to know many of you better during the course of these 10 days. I know it has never been our goal to achieve anything with illegal means, and we managed to keep it clean for this whole time. I apologize for making a bad example, and I hope I can to clear your names by explaining the incidence before people misunderstand you guys. You're great people that I admire greatly. The fault is mine.
This is not a post I created so I can try to appease the the community with my excuses. It shouldn't happen and I made a terrible choice. See me as a dying man hanging tight to something I worked dearly day and night with only 4 hours of sleep everyday for the past week or so. What I did is inexcusable and I know there will be consequences coming. And for BeeNo #53, there no need to apologize to you since you're a dumb **** ****head on how to handled the situation :)

pm units and let beeno grab his land back. That would solve the problem i would have thought. But seeing as beeno is now 23rd i doubt he has much chance of winning or even getting a top finish. All ov ur excusses are crap. Beeno has been consistantly running for the top spot for months now. He regularly puts time and effort into playing month after month but always gets beat to top spot by ppl ****ing sum1 else over or him over. Ur actions were pathetic n done by someone who could see they were beaten. U might aswel give up running for top spot because u will not finish there.

Im surprised Latvia lets Max represent them, if I was them I'd ban him from using the either of the 2 computers in Latvia.

I'm surprised that doppy came here to apologize and yet the parties weren't able to negotiate some sort of retal. If you were apologetic you would think he'd want to make the situation right. Oh well. And Max... I love your posts but even you know that BeeNo and the nation has the right to be upset here. :P And 1 post about the topic from him hardly constitutes as complaining. ;)

jeez i can't think of 1 reason why someone would threaten to war you... its just too bad they didn't kill you before you fluffed up my set.
Yes, Doppy should not have done what he did.
At the same time, I can understand his frustration. If this game was pure netting, he would have won. He had land advantage and was unhit for what, 72 hours? If he didn't have several million jets and upgraded ships, he would have been able to escape.

and you need to understand land advantage goes by current turn your on, yeah he had a land advantage with 20 turns left when i had 150, land totals were close to even the whole way up in a turn vs turn match-up

Well you were paying more attention to your state than I was so it may be true. But from what I saw, you never quite reached his land and he was getting his land more efficiently. But anyway, that was a minor point. The main point was that if he wasn't preparing for war, you wouldn't have been able to grab him.
i actually surpassed his land total during the jump 26k me to 25kand him. and i was ahead after we exchanged grabs of course. but you should upgrade quickly and get war prepped as quickly as possible as the 1st place state.
i doubt he would of upgraded if he thought i was going to pass him because of it. he is just using that as an excuse, a simple spy op would of shown him about where i was at and he was ahead, but he was simply out grabbed during the jump and passed(luck factor willing as MS's were close to the same).
He upgraded because we were getting getting threats of war. That's why he was so frustrated, he felt he couldn't escape the ex-LoR label. He was trying to net against 100% infantry states while being prepared for suiciders.
i can see he's living up to his label, if he wanted to escape from that he did the worst thing he could do. his actions show just the opposite, that regardless of where you guys go your going to use the same playing style.
he got out netted and couldn't deal with it.
the #1 state gets suicided on or killed in war at a very high frequency. its not just because he's a x-lor'er that suddenly he's the only player to compete for 1st place who's had to worry about war, or being suicided/killed.
there are more players who have been killed or suicided out of 1st place who were non-lor players than who are lor or x-lor players. your excuses on his actions have no logic. did devil not win last month? and did nobody attack him? hmmm...

You can't net against 100% infantry states unless you go 100% inf yourself until you're able to pull away. And then you're wide open for anyone who decides to suicide.
Infantry hoarding is tried and true, and always will be as long as the numbers remain as they are and/or everyone gets an itchy trigger finger.

Like I said before I had the burden of upgrading my ships not because I was going to try to pick a fight. Which top state would do that in their right mind?
Ever since I was top, we're been getting threats about people bringing us down simply because we are in LOR. If I didn't get these threats and needing to save up turns and money for this, you guys don't even stand a ****ing chance of getting close to me. I can just run away with full inf like a ***** and use up all my turns. Afterall, you're just going to get farmed down when your 36 hours runs out. Don't be naive. 36 hours isn't a lot you know? it's only 22x turns with bonus and you can do max 3x attacks during that period. If I farm you down to 6~8k land difference, you can't even catch my land doing those 200 land grabs, while I'm getting 30~50% more production on each turn we spent.
And I'm being extremely polite here already. We offered you a deal. I messaged you saying I don't care anymore and I won't be using my turns so you can reach me and grab me as many times as you want. I stood by my promise. For 18 hours I didn't do anything. And then when I came back from school after my exam (which I aced btw, thank you), I saw you selling 80% of your troop to buy jets and ships. What's even more funny is after I used 10 turns, you messaged me saying I'm a liar for using turns. You totally crack me up. I mean seriously, you expect me to let other people grab me and just sit there doing nothing while your nation kill me?? The issue is between you and me why should I let other people grab if you gave i up yourself?
I already put out a very reasonable offer of letting you grab like a mad man without me retaliating. I didn't promise to let you kill me you dumb ****. So stop complaining and trying to sway people on the forum. I already acknowledge my mistake and gave you a beyond reasonable offer, you're the one that broke the promise. If you want war and not the deal, it's your problem not mine.
