Z its not only him, remember there are brains behind him who give him orders, so in other words his just a puppet. just look at Iran their president runs but the person behind is the Ayatollah.
so anything goes wrong then all the blame goes on the person who is in the spot light.
and i think we should kill Bush:laugh:

The reason Bush made all of these tax cuts that have us in debt up to our *******s is cause he knew a republican could only get elected if he was a tax cutter. unlike his father who vowed to not raise taxes but did in the end.
bush isnt a pupet hes fo real and he was the worst thing to ever happen to the USofA and hey i guess its our own fault for electing him but **** that bush was a compleat and utter failure

I don't think he was a criminal. Do I think he was a good president? No, his administration made some mistakes that hurt us, however people can point out administrative/presidential flaws in every president. I can point out that Bill Clinton was a big part of the cause of the huge recession and the collapse of the housing market last year. I don't think being bad at your job makes you a criminal. It just makes you look foolish. :) That's just my opinion on it. :thumbup:
Edit: That's my opinion on the economy-wise. If you are talking about being a criminal for the foreign policies/war, I'll give you my opinion on it now if you wish. :) I believe that Bush was given a lot more information than any of us regular Joe's know about it. I trust that he had information given to him and he acted on that information in what he thought was best for the country. It may not have been the most popular decision, it may not have been the best decision, but he felt it was in the best interest of the country to make his decision. I don't think that makes him a criminal. People may not agree with his decisions, that's ok because not everyone is always going to agree with you. But I don't see why/how that makes him a criminal. Again that's my two cents and I respect that everyone has a different opinion as long as we don't need to bash each other over it. ;)

WMD were never found in Iraq (The CIA misinformed GWB possibly, or he just used that report as cover)
And god knows what is happening there today, The siutation is far worse that is was before they were unjustifiably invaded.

If you consider everyone who every broke a law a criminal then I suppose we are all criminals.
But Bush Lied to hispeople about somthing that will cost a million lives, and trillions of dollars, and change the course of history and his nation.
He murdered people for Profit.
I know it can be hard to draw a line, and we all do negative things throughout our lives... but, this is easy to see.
Yes I think you can justify Obama and other as being Criminals, but with GWB, there is basically no argument.
I think thoese that votes no, simply did so in vigorous partisan spite.

I don't know if he knowing lied to his citizens, he may have but that's just speculation. There are other presidents that have lied before too, most of them will/already have. There are certain times when the general public will not be disclosed of all the information, especially in a matter as severe as the war. That's to be expected. :) Claiming mission accomplished is dumb, I will agree. However they also said plenty of times that the war isn't over, and that it would take years. Kind of hypocritical I know, but I think Bush was just excited we had gotten Saddam when he made that comment (but yes, stupid statement to make). WMD is another good point... was it a bad CIA report? Did Saddam hide/move the WMD before we got there? Either way someone in some department screwed up big time on that one. I believe Bush was going with the information he was given. And once people realized there was no WMD, he felt that we had gone this far and to just pull back would make him look bad (although hey, his ratings were terrible anyway so he couldn't have looked much worse lol) So there are a lot of unanswered questions, that we'll probably never know. At least the way I see it.
Actually, the Bush administration forced the CIA to link WMD and Al Quaeda to Iraq and Saddam Hussein even when the CIA had no such information to prove the connection.
People in the administration have come out and made this claim. Watch a few documentaries :)

Well I didn't see the documentaries so I don't know. There are a lot of false documentaries on a lot of things. Maybe that one is true. I don't see why they would feel the need to make something up and go to war if there is no threat. I would think that makes no sense and therefore they were going off the reports given to them. Why make something up and go to war?

Its Clear to anyone with an IQ higher than 1 that He is not a War Criminal, and he did not hurt the USA beyond understanding.
He should not be held responsible, because there is nothing to be responsible for, and he is held in high regard by all people with an IQ higher than 1, there for he will not suffer any consequences since he did nothing wrong.

A Criminal? by what law exactly?
US law? possibly, but I'm no expert on that.
International Law? As the head of state of a sovereign nation, he shouldn't have to answer to that (Queen Elizabeth is immune to prosecution in the UK too)
The whole concept of International Law has been utter nonsense ever since Nuremburg.
I don't believe GWB (or any other president) is in charge of anything. He is just there giving his face, but its other lobbies making all the decisions for them.
