I just want to confirm, the networth is still 1/7 of the original networth used in WoW ~2002 ?

I only say this because i have noticed huge military power differences between states with networth difference of 100k.

And if so, why don't we bring big networth back? I believe we had a poll showing the majority was in favour of big networth.

It's not like its going to change the strength of units or anything like that...I grab states within 100k and succeed.

Perhaps the state you grabbed was inf heavy.

I know, but I like the illusion that i can break states several million networth higher than me ;)

u can in war just aa someone a couple of times then grab off them... or wait till someone starts a war stay on all day watching the event veiwer and as soon as u see aa's going down wait a few mins then attack and get a massive amount of land(this is what i do when not involved in a war)

exactly... :)

the number is equal the difference in percentage between each other will be the same..

only it takes more numbers to print the NW?! :glare:

no need to change at the moment!

I agree, it will be the same thing with just higher NW values. I think it's fine the way it is. :)

I agree with ooga...its been small numbers since I started playing WoW a little over 3 years. So everyone should be used to the numbers if it has been the same for 3 years. Just might take awhile to remember that these NW numbers arent the same as they were in NW II.

One of my major qualms with big NW is in record keeping. NW gets changed to big numbers for a few sets people create thier huge NW scores and then people get tired of big nw, it gets changed back to small NW adn then all states are shooting for an all time NW record that is simply unattainable. I understand the records are/were seperated into servers/sets/gamenames but still. There is something to be said about consistency.

Personally one of my only beefs with WOW was the fevered pace of which things were constantly changed. ANd then changed back. Like steal money spy ops, I couldnt tell you how many times it was put in, taken out, put in, taken out.

Like said before. If it isn't broke don't fix it.

not that the whole lower networth thing bothers me that much anymore.... its just the big networths made the game appear to move a lot quicker and that attracks a larger number of players and they'll stay with the game longer too

Thats for sure. Moving up 21m networth a day seems fun. Moving up 3m is meh :P

half were multies :P lol

and you do have a point about networth going up quicker and it being more attractive. but then the networth grabbing range wouldhave to be changed to compensate.

yea that might make things difficult lol

even if have were multies there were like a thousand more ppl who played. sure most of them were noobish and didn't really interact much, but the were good targets sometimes :D

That game also was up quite a bit longer to reach 3k+ users. This new version of nation-wars/wow has been up, not even a set.

Agreed, when we started it, we had what, 45 players and we are now this high with only 2 weeks under our belts. I say leave things alone for a while and give the programmers a break.

This was not posted in Suggestions for a reason...

I am not suggesting anything. I was just confirming that the networth values were still 1/7 of Disorder. But that was when the set first started. Now, you can clearly tell it is 1/7.

Now, if any of you want to change networth values, go make another thread in Suggestions...

Bigger NW would make it harder for noobs to get their head around it and most likely scare them off.
I'd like for more people to join the game.
