It's common knowledge that the Earthquake Weapon is another example of the failed policies of the Bush Administration. Bush had planned to use the weapon to invade Canada and take their oil. I believe Haiti was a practice invasion to test the weapon and for the secret commandos to train for the pending Canadian invasion.

If we wanted to invade Canada, all we would need is a few rotten eggs and a potato gun... they'll quickly find a hide out or flee to another country. :laugh:
