This is more a joke than a real Political discussion. If you clicked here hoping for the latter then I'm afraid you'll be bitterly disappointed.
Most of those not from Canada probably don't know that Canada has an election coming up this fall. Unlike our American Cousins who also have an election coming up we have a much wider choice of parties to choose from. 19 registered parties and 20+ unregistered parties. Hell....we got 2 communist parties for christ sake and a socialist party that will actually win quite a few seats in Government(NDP anyone?)!
My favorite Party has to be the Neorhinos.(Named after the old Rhino Party of Canada and Neo from the matrix!) They promise not to keep any of their promises if elected. Among its early platforms was to "take away soldiers' weapons, replace them with paintball guns, and repaint Havana." The party has also proposed a mandatory national gas barbecue registry, a guaranteed weekly orgasm(we can only assume that they have to be of voting age to be given the weekly orgasm) and the creation of an army of clowns to travel the world promoting peace and laughter. How can you say no to that eh! ;)

In truth I suspect that the "Connies"(The Conservative party of Canada) will win another Minority government with a slight possibility of a majority(god help us all if that happens). I suspect that the Green party will win their first ever seat in the house(long over due imo)....The Bloc Québécois will win in Quebec(as ****ing usual the dirty separatist bastards who imo should be rounded up and shot for treason)...The NDP will winn a few seats throughout the country but not enough to make a real difference as usual....The liberal Party will still be paying for the whole sponsorship scandal which caused them to be ousted last time around.....and the rest will not even be footnotes(including my neorhino party)
