I believe a Flan is more airy and light, often covered with Whole Fruit, and glazed.

Cherry and blueberry are the way to go :)


I would perfer cheesecake to pie, but I'm not sure if cheesecake is considered a pie or not.

and I think a pie is defined by its shell...


and so, u could put a cheesecake filling (which I also Love) into a pie.
