And where is the website that you found that from? because its not hard to put in random IQ numbers to make it appear that it is true.

Especially when you can see an excel table inside the picture.

Well you can see the direct source from the page source - i dont know it any better than you - and initial source from that book - IQ and the wealth of nations.

(hehe, one of the writer is Tatu Vanhanen, father of Finlands prime minister...and in my understanding he thinks that blacks are much less intelligent than white...and many thinks he's quite racists as well. I dunno. Anyways, almost ironical that someone uses he's book IQ numbers to give some credit to this new semi-african-american president)

Well I heard that voters with college degrees voted more for Barack Obama than Hilary Clinton. But I do question how they got the IQs for each state...
