well to be honest ive watched this state all set and he has triple and quad tapped a few different times i mentioned it to northbabylon earlier in the set. Apparently its gone unnoticed though due to the other wars going on.

Well he 5 tapped me this set and after working it out, or so I thought, he hit me again. I should have taken the retal that was offered. This guy needs to learn a lesson. I won't forget it next time.
well if ABT wasnt so close to the nw record i would be glad to AA him down
record or not, If I had the capability to do so, I would.
well i do have the capability of doing it but i havent been back playing long enough to make that call i dont think

I don't know, he had the building set up of a noob earlier in the set and was making weird attacks. But I think Beeno will know more.
he just double tapped ooga effectively a trple tap cause its his 3rd hit on ooga in 36 hours
this is his 2nd set playing the game, and i've explained/warned him about these type of things all set long, he's just not grasping our unwritten rules. send me a message in game we'll talk about this.

His state looks really good for only being his 2nd set.. nice job on training him with that..
Once he gets the concept of what attacks to be using he will be a challenging member.

His 2nd set and he gets lvl 12 jets, you think after 4 years you could hook a brotha up for once? :P lol
Yeah he's still trying to get the concept it seems. Next set though if he does this to me again I'll probably send a friendly AA or 2 back his way to return his greeting. :tongue::

I think he just wanted me to AA you 200m ship guys with my 20m ships for laughs. Now all I needed was for you and BeeNo to lower your readiness all the way down to 5%. lol

Is it completely random? Each turn you have a 0.0005*% chance of getting it? Or is it whoever takes the 2152nd* turn in the set gets it?

Good question I have wondered the same thing in the past!
