I may be inactive for about a week. We had a tornado go through our town about 1/4th of a mile to the east of my house. It went through my dad's backyard and part of the roof is gone and 7 of my friends houses are now "unlivable." So far only a few injuries have been reported (none serious :)) but at least 100m in damages.

We haven't had power for 15 hours now (at a friends to post this) and I don't know when power will be restored at my house. We are going out to take pictures in about 15 minutes...so I will post those when I have the opportunity. Apparently it was on the Today show earlier today lol

EDIT: Currently have power at my house, but it keeps going out periodically

Northern Indiana....here is a picture that I got off of a local news website. This is(was) a church about 3 minutes south of my house. Currently having problems uploading pics from my camera, so I'll add those later.

Sorry its small not sure how to make it larger on these forums.

You and me both...I was going to spend the night at my dads, but left about 3 hours before this. I would have probably crapped myself if I was there and the roof took off lol

Yesterday was the first day that they allowed the community to come in and clean up. There was over 7,000 people who showed up and they were backed up 20 miles to get into the meeting place. People came in as far as Virginia to help clean up......even some had to be turned away because we didn't have enough transportation to clean up areas.

Here are some videos of the tornado...
