Someone can tell me what is wrong with this, considering the state i've hit isn't top ten. And yeah i'm to lazy to blank my state number. I just dont get it, i do nothing against the rules and he's whining about it :p. Please someone tell me what i've done against retaliation rules, i will give you cookies ! :p

First off, I'm tired of you running to your leaders and whining about a small ICN that chooses to retal on you knowing he wil fail. hes an old m8 of mine and is principle minded, as am I.

The news you were sent was a reminder to you, since you claim not to be farming. There are about 140 countries in this game, yet you choose to keep coming around.
But rather then deal with me, you come here, for what sympathy? Looking for a warm fuzzy? a pat on the back that you can feed off a country 1/2 your size?

bottom feeding is an awesome tactic :) the lower # of military lost outweighs the slightly smaller land gains imo. besides there aren't really 140 countries....theres only like 90 which seem to be bothering to play turns and im guessing atleast 10-20 of them probably have too small land to even bother grabbing when on 0gb.

Bottom feeding is a necessary tactic in a game of this size, not awesome unless played correctly.
Some of the keys are to not bring attention to yourself,not to tick off too many countries at once, and not to oversend.

If i'm pissing you off by doing nothing against the rules then ask yourself, how pissed off i'm by 102 that retaliates every single SA that is made on him? He's at rank 25, i'm top ten, yet he attacks me back, knowing **** well it'll be a defeat. He's just killing my millitairy, even worse then just grabbing while doing nothing against the rules.

Not even talking about the double defeat he did while i was top ten. Since like 6 years there has been the agreement between all nations (even stated in the retaliations) that doubleing a top ten state is against the nation's rules.

ps: This is why i posted it on the forums, cause you seem to be avoiding this subject in your messages.

I'll make this very clear, I for one will not abide by rules that protect a select few. The changes that Mr.P did about your suiciders already dealt with the issue so no double dipping.

As for 102, I dealt with it when your Leaders came to me, thats after you went whining to them remember? So you had a few "fails" on you..whaaaaaa

Those rules dont do anything about the double tapping in top ten. I dont get what you mean by this tbh.

Secondly, i'm not the one sending messages to states that they shouldn't attack me anymore (and the one that does that is calling other ones self centered? I mean talk about double standards). I have no problem with attacks on me, only when you know your gonna fail, that hurts both states (hell the attacker even more then me in the case of 102).

Lol even worse. 102 did those attacks, i ask beeno and vortex to do something about it (vortex had the same problem , 102 always retals). 102 keeps on doing it. couple of days ago, Blade messages me that he finds i attack him to often (only doubled him once, since he is not top ten its not against any retaliation policy, all the rest are 36 hours apart). Then he calls me self centered since i cant stand to be attacked, while he is the one whining against me that i attack him too much. Since ive done nothing wrong, and he finds that is even too much :p, i play the ball in his camp and ask about 102.

have you thought to ask what policy that ICN uses?
last i heard they used a 3 in 72 hour period instead of a 2 in 36 hour....

also unless you have a declared policy then what are you going to do about it to let others know your policy? you can either talk to them on MSN (actual FA work i know...) or go to war.... you choose:)
