Introducing the new ICN policies

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
ICN=Immediate Conflict Novation.

We will no longer waste time on messaging Leaders of tags that do not
respond.
We will not go looking for Leaders to tell them one of their screwed up
We will no longer shrug it off when a tag repeatedly hits one of ours and
causes us nothing less then simple land trading.

We WILL however...abide by these rules.

No single member of our tag will accept more then 2 hits from any SINGLE
tag within 36 hours.

No top 10 country in our tag will accept any more then one hit from ANY
single tag within 36 hours.

No special attacks , nor harmful spy ops will be accepted by any member
of our tag at any time outside of declared war.

Violations/Violators will be dealt with swiftly and desisively in any manner we deem appropriate, with no conversation to any Leader of any Tag.
We reserve the right to enforce these policies upon not only the immediate
attacker but on the declared Leader of the offending tag and any other
country we deem fit.
This is our stand and we will do whatever it takes to protect our own

I see no problem here. we will accept 2 hits on states outside top 10.... and one inside top 10.... and we will hold our self to the same "rules"

well im no math major but it looks to me like that adds up to 3 total hits....

true but we in the USSR have heard nothing about this and will, stay with 2 hits from one state on another state, and we will do the same to others

really i was just pointing out to ICN that they arent following the rules they said they wanted to play by. :)

You are correct Chris, and the tag has been reminded.
The purpose of this is to deal with repeat offenders, even we let the few mistakes slide.
