We still have 1 foot on the ground and are supposed to get 2-3 more feet. I am sick of snow.
At least I don't live a little further south (indy) where they are supposed to get 1+ inches of ice...

I'm supposed to be driving to Indianapolis with a group on Saturday... I'm now adding a "?" to that note on my calendar.

yeah, we're buried.
The County has closed the main highway here (rt 30) which means don't drive. Last time that happened it was more because people abandoned thei cars on the road, running out of gas.
If the only option is for me to takethe back roads instead..it ain't gonna happen.

I have a snow drift coverring 1/2 of one side of the houses windows.
I might go out and ust make this place an igloo.
and I can make some real awesome snow angels :)

So for me , its hunker down time.
Thankfully I have a bottle of Yukon Jack saved for just such an occasion ;)

this soooo suxs!
My van is still buried.
I've been slowly clearing it, which is bad since I only have a 12 inch emergency shovel.
I got rid of everything when i moved into this apartment complex..go figure.

BUT I'm almost out of smokes so I best get it out!

I miss snow :(

All we get here on the coast is cold rain. I hate being wet.

lol everything in and around us was closed the whole day. pretty much a snow day for everyone.

but we get this kind of stuff reg. due to snow effect, which can be more messy then a snow storm.:D

Same thing here , comes rolling off Lake Michigan. Thats why they close the roads so often. But its done now and everyone is digging out.
Back to work we go!
Too bad it didn't wait a day so we'd get a 4 day weekend.
