Starting the 24th, we will officially be advertised on facebook. It isn't much, but it is $100 spread out for 10 days. Hopefully we gain a few members from this. It isn't much but it's a start. If we do see people clicking we can go and try to spend more or go about a longer route rather than 10 days worth of advertising.

This advert targets 28,819,520 users:

who live in one of the countries: United States, Mexico, Canada or Estonia
age 18 and older
who are in the category Gaming (Social/Online)

Price per click actually went down. So more people can click it from anywhere from .42 to 1.07usd. I'm guess USA clicks are roughly 1.07 and smaller countries are the .42

What I should also do Is see see if I can lower the age from 18+ to something like 15+

I have added some of the last Admin announments to the facebook page so that there is some content. I think the profile pic needs to be changed prior to any real push, but I have to do that when I get home because that is where all my NW files are.

I think the facebook page would be agreat place to make announcements and the facebook group would be a great way to have conversaions and disccussion in addition to the current NW forum

I would go absolutely as low as the bid allows. $1 is quite a bit for a new fan. they say the range is .43 to 1.00 but i have to assume more will be leaning toward $1.00

I had it set at .75 cents but I guess when I changed the age range it updated the bid. I'll check that out after work.

I agree NB, but from a marketing stand point no - is ideal. I got it done.

I am inching away at a site design to show for a prototype, another day or two, i can only do it a little chunk at a time since I didnt schedule this in with my other projects.

@ Mr. P, send out an admin ingame PM to all states every set asking them to like the facebook page, and join the facebook group. if you can me the links clickable that would be great. Getting them on board will help NW stay in touch with them when they are not playing.

So far we have had 24k views. 22 clicks. And of those 24k each person as viewed it 1.4 times. Costing us $5.62 of add rev so far.and I think 6 likes on our page. Not sure how many of those we invited though. And of those 22 I don't know how many signed up.

the beginning of the round idea actually sounds like a good one.

I think we need a better FB page profile pic which I can work on the dems are 600 x 200. I think we also need FB landing page which is a large graphic with some advertising giving them a overview of the page and an invite to hit the like button.

i have brought about 15 guys in the past from earth in the last few years, 1 only played because we became pretty good friends. the others didn't like the game and how much it copied earth' so after about 2-3 sets most didn't bother playing again.
