States tagged as EURO will end hostilities with ICN for the remainder of the round effective immediatly unless attacked by ICN states.

No more attacks will be carried out by ICN, unless we feel it is necessary.

wasn't us, atleast im pretty sure none of us organized anything.
besides, if we would have organized something, then we wouldnt have made just 317 genocides, because destroyed population comes back quite fast and if u cant kill with geno/GA then the attacker is just wasting turns.

317 geno's imply that more than 1 state carried out the attacks, maybe it's somebody who doesn't want us to get along? I dont know, its possible that some states in ICN individually took 'things' at their hands and tried to kill you, will try to figure it out, and if that happened, then i'd like to make sure none of that happens again.
