Hi I,m Yon Shone in the nation of Forlorn Hope. I need some allies to help me out because I am new to this game. Any help will be good.

Welcome to the Game! :)
Its not that hard but heres a bit to learn so you need to ask questions as you go.
Rather then start up as a solo nation which is a hard row, I invite you to come in with us and we can teach you the ropes.

I help lead the bunch called ICN. Just apply to us and one of the band will bring you in.

Otherwise the best advice is to read the guide first,
theres a lot of stuff there to help new players.
And here on the forums there are a lot that will help also.
