Oklahoma or Washington State

If you had to pick one to live in based on Cost of Living / Quality of Life stuff which would you prefer?

I'm looking to relocate and have to find a relatively inexpensive place to live.

Oklahoma is dirt cheap and crime free in the area I'm looking at.
Washington has no state tax and legal marijuana.

Any other suggestions you have would be great as well...

Dogma, You don't mind if I crash on your couch for a few years while I think this through?

Population 14? LOL.

Not a bad idea really. I've been to Juneau and Kodiak, both places were great. Sadly, I'd have a hard time paying 5 - 6 USD a gallon for gas.

Keep the ideas coming, I really could go just about anywhere as long as it's cheap.
