How far back to the archives sets go? I am wondering if they go back to the beginning because I wanted to see my state from long ago. Last nation I remember being apart of was juggernaut. Must have been close to 10 years ago

I don't think that they go all the way back to the beginning. If I am not mistaken, when we had some hacking done several years back some of the db was destroyed/lost. NOt sure though.
