December set nation

Hi. I need a nation in December. Playing on my own is nice but a real actual national army to support grabs would be nicer. :) Open to whatever strat you want to impose, but also indy seems nice. Looks pretty underrepresented this set. Would war if necessary, but really looking to net. Who's hiring?
