The Purge

I will be performing a year end clean up of inactive states during this round and then fully at the end of the set. This is mostly for the game data base but I will also be purging some forum accounts who haven't ever posted or hasn't logged in for over 3 years.

Just wanted to give you an FYI about this as you'll see the amount of states shrink each day.
