How long does it take for items to get sold on Public Market? On average?

3-6 hours. Completely random on how long it takes between those hours. Its mostly 6 hours when you need it fast and 3 hours when you dont need it fast :)

if you sell military on pm do u lose that portion automatically, or does it have't sell?

If someone buys it then it automatically goes away.

axis as soon as you put it up for sale you can't use those units.
while you still have them on the pm, they count towards your networth :)

you can cancel the sale and get the units back for a fee.
