I never really liked the cap idea but we needed to do something to help the game have more nations. I don't like it because there is a spot in the portal of the top 10 nations for highest members. With the cap, nobody can ever compete against that. :/

Wars are not as easy these days. Time is scarce and I for one, can't stay awake past 11pm anymore lol..

I like the cap to be honest. I just want to kill UB as last set SA killed my inactive solo nation state for no reason. So I would be happy to help :)
