[Mr President]

Let it be known, that if any state double taps a member of United Nations [UN] in a 36hr period, will result in retaliation. This retaliation does not have a time limit and can happen any time after the offense occurs.

I used to be ok with double taps in the top 10 but it seems like even in you're in the top 3 you still get doubled. I am no longer ok with this which is why I wanted to make a public statement.

Well this is disturbing to hear. I would have thought that both Russia and the UK would have supported and honored a resolution like this. With solid integrity and character both nations carry, I am disappointed by these statements.

Let this notice stand for any nation I am part of. I personally will not accept being double tapped while in the top 10. I will lose my state (as I have) to seek revenge against offenders of this policy. Nice kill GIAA however back to back double was more than I could bare. :)

Like Xavior said above, the "unwritten" rule was top 10. Nations could set whatever policy they wanted, but they had to enforce it themselves and most Nations agreed to this. With the setup now and the amount of bot states VS actual states, I don't like the doubles. Yes you can argue GB protection and I understand that but as I say, share the wealth. There are not a lot of targets and it seems like the same states do doubles on everyone and then there is nothing left for anyone else. It's fair play and I'm not saying we need to change how the game works, I'm simply saying that I will not accept them and if you do them, I will revenge the attacks. :)

Funny thing is, out of all the years I have played this game, I have never had as many spies as I did this set lol. I had 150 mil spies when I made my revenge attacks. Took me a few days to get there and I fully ruined my state (no biggie, my states normally suck anyway) but it was fun having a little mini arms race :)

It wasn't GIAA completing them. I think it was a new person who was testing out the attacks and didn't know what he was doing.

Somebody else at the end taking 11k land off me (I was at 200k when I logged out, top guy already had 1 grab on me so if he did another he was still talked about when it comes to doubles in top 5 let alone top 3). Only person that could have broken me would have been the top guy and he didn't go up in any land from when I logged off (looked the exact same when I logged off from what I remember, highly doubt I am wrong on that one). That would mean somebody used other attacks in order to take/break me over night. Only person that went up in land significantly is #33 who is nowhere near capable of breaking me with an SA, just saying...

So you have no idea what happened so you're just tossing out baseless accusations against me (#33). I can't speak for anyone else who was online since I spent the last 10 minutes panic using my turns because I forgot to use them earlier. But you claim that I gained a lot of land (true) by ARing you for 11k land (false - this actually doesn't make any sense).

First of all, I gained that land by doing stupid SAs without checking global events, as Mr P can tell you. Second, I couldn't AR you even if I wanted to with 10m jets. You can check my state overview in a few days. Third, if you lost 11k land from ARs, I would have gained a total of like 1k land. I'm not sure the exact % (Mr P can clarify here) but it's tiny. So having gone up a lot in land doesn't factor into your argument at all. I'd argue this as my strongest point, since the only reason you're casting blame on me is that my land went up a lot?? Fourth as we've demonstrated, we'd rather just kill states, not do stupid things like waste turns doing 5-turn ARs on someone for 11k land at the end.

But if you're unhappy with my answer you can try ARing me for 11k land next month to see if your land goes up significantly.

I base my accusations on the actions of your states throughout the last 3 rounds. Don't like accusations, don't act a fool time and time again. These actions do fall into the realm of how you guys have been playing since I started. But im good with doing nonsense like that, im only really going to be active to a degree here for maybe 1 more round so carry on with your silly selves. You do what you need to get wins so its the way you guys play which is a reasonable strategy, just lame imo and ruins the fun others have not playing like that.

For previous months refer to the scores list in portal to see where my nation has finished. I'll give you a hint, the last 2 months were won by Blaa and Zaxz - neither of whom played in my nation. I don't come on here and cry that your nationmate quadruple grabbed me in the last hour of last month or that I got AA'd by Pcgulva this month. Shit happens, it's part of the game.

Other nations around the gloe need to stand and unite against actions like these. I call upon all other Nation leaders to a conference in the early part of the round to discuss what, if any, actions should be taken to keep GIAA following global policies and to help maintain peace around the world.

When he stops doing them to people, than I stop doing them to him. This also started when he did the doubles on me and has just carried over until he stops.

I would agree they do more damage than a double however, a policy was set and then violated. Retaliation must follow in order to prove the seriousness of the policy.

Sure, I see no problem with what happened between our nations last round.

This policy also stands for the Nation PF. And, just for the record, this policy is my state policy. Anyone that knows me, knows I can't stand double taps on my state while I'm in the top 10. Outside of the top 10 is ok (don't really like it but I'm more understanding outside of the top 10) but when I'm in the top 10, if you double tap my state, military actions will be taken against your state. I may double or triple you back, blow some of your buildings or military hardware up via spies or I may just unleash some military attacks against you.

I was more understanding when we had hundreds of players but now, land is more valuable than gold and hard to come by. I'm fine with a single attack but taking two is greedy, in these low member count days.

Ok, well he is not familiar with the rules about double taps n stuff (not sure if he has played NW, but he was playing back in the Domination days). Ill explain him.

Well to be fair, it's my own rule that I enforce. Not that anything about double or triple taps is in the rules either but, I'm the one who makes the declaration of no doubles on my state. I don't expect everyone to know this specific rule however, once told, if someone continues to double tap then they should expect some sort of retal. With him being new, it's all good. There are still many vets who double tap and then remember lol. Sooner or later I'm going to retal someone and they won't like it and kill my state. I'm fully aware that it can happen and I accept that. Granted, I'll kill them back but that what makes the game fun. I mean, I'm still waiting for Xavior to get nice and big one of these days and then I'm going to kill him. ;)

BTW - Still wish I could get my hands on a copy of Domination. Would be awesome to have both games running on the server. Plus there were cool things with it that we could incorporate in NW. I remember it had Universities for a building. I don't remember what they did but I remember them being part of the game.
