Can't really say this is a war. Everyone is dead and you attacked at the end of the set with not a enough time to come back with a decent retal strike. :(

UB had a GIAA restart in it. I believe peace was offered to GIAA but it was ignored.

I wanted to declare on every nation and attack who ever when we came on to strike but none of them were up for it unfortunately.
