Nation Wars Redemtion V2.3

A new feature has been implemented this round called, PM Price Change.

You will now be able to reduce the price of your goods on the market to help compete and move product faster. This will no doubt create some anger in the market world as people will be trying to under bid others. You will see a new tab in the public market sections called " Update Price". Below are the details:

- Goods must be on the market for 12hrs before you can change the price.
- Price of goods may only be changed 1 time.
- Goods may only be changed within the min/max prices.

The time frame may be adjusted as we move forward with this feature. Right now I think the 12hrs is a decent place to start.
