I have no reason to use this at the moment and sort of forgot its usage.
Is it just to see what is in state / nation banks.
Or does it steal money as well.
I know we used to be able to steal a long time ago but this isn't that is it?

good for screwing up a stocking casher, not much else.
I heard before that you could steal money before but it got of hand because one person would just cash for a big guy to take it from him... :dblthumbup: wish that could happen for me..
sounds like classic feeding, often performed by BG and sometimes the other big clans when they were racing for top.
