Game Mode Hint

i have added the game hints back in the game. I reworked it a little. you can turn them on by going to your account tab in the game. Please turn them on and check for accuracy. if something needs added or changed post it in here.

also, im still working on the chrome browser issue for tax and production. It is a browser issue with chrome and how it works with forms. I cant seem to figure it out at the moment but i am worki g on it.

as I populate the FAQ section I think it may be in order to put a short glossary on the bottom of the ingame describing the specific function of that page.

IE the Spy Op page would have a list of the spy ops and their abbreviated definitions etc... the attack page, the nation members page (nation actions)
