While readin Cem's Medal achievements I noticed I had the Medal of Devastation. What did I achieve to get that medal?

Depends on the server.

I've slain countless noobs. I've slain quite a few players on CTF as well. Yep, business is booming. I'm going to learn to play the game better so I can deal more damage than ever before.
