Well, the Thermophyle battle is nothing like this cause:

1st: I dont remember watching a Spartan die till past half the movie, here, u already have 2 deaths and its just beggining

2nd: We arent as stupid as the persians were, so no, u wont kill us

3rd: Persians warred for the recognizition of xerxes, we fight to burn u alive

4th: after u brave Anton and his 300 are dead, they arent 10000 more spartans commandng 40000 greeks,
