Of course there is. The reason the forums are so well maintained is due to the mods who patrol it.

So in big cities when crime levels go down do they pull cops off the street cause there is nothing to do and wait till crime picks back up? Noooooooo

Actually that does sound like exactly what would happen in the real world, why spend the money on a problem that doesn't exist...? It's a pity people really are that blind to not see why the problem doesn't exist.
