yes when you organize a joint strike you agree upon a time for said strike and hence you would be expecting those people to leave protection. are you jealous you missed out on some grabs or something? completely different things. in that case PAIN entered and left vacation for war purposes. in this case states are leaving/joining nation to get a competitive edge in terms of grabbing etc.
