so smaller nations get less say? even though they are just as important as larger nations? neither smaller or larger nations should have an advantage IMO

My suggestion was to have a primary and secondary member incase the primary goes AFK. IE vacation, or other RL issues.

Im not suggesting it because of my own situation, because we are not letting dogma back in SLOB
