USA set a rule to it's members that we will not allow war attacks outside of war. The rule was broken and the members was booted. I also went to the UN and stated that any nation that accepts him will have sanctions placed against them by the USA.. And any other UN nation that agrees.
Short of killing him ourselves, we have done the max we can do.

Nope, cem tried to double me first early in the round but failed second attack. I repaid the favor. Then later, he doubled on #8.
