    Default Changes for set # 2

    - new login page. (let me know what you think)

    -Army bases have been removed from the game as they stunk!

    - New history drop down list has been added for past set scores.

    - remove penalty is now 15% instead of 30%

    - Member overview has been added. (members must click on "ok to view my state overview" tab.) After that, go to Foreign Relations page click on members name you want to view.

    - Min/Max prices have been adjusted

    - Upkeep costs have been lowered.

    - consumption has been lowered.

    - Successful spy mission no longer appear in enemy news. If you steal someone's cash and you succeed it simply tells them "someone stole X amount of cash or food from them.

    - Covert operations has been been removed.

    - Techer strat will be down till i can make it a decent strat.

    - Loss calc has been adjusted a little..

    - Raffle system has been removed

    - Savings interest has been removed as well as loans.

    - Max Savings is now 100 billion

    - You must be part of a nation to be able to use the bank

    -Menu names have changed.

    - fear/shame factor has been increased from 11.5% to 15%

    - Header/overview has a new look. Not 100% done with it, still need to center it with page. hoping to make menu "fixed" which will help in many areas.

    - Market tax will be lowered from 30% to 20%

    - states can now join or create a nation prior to round starting. No more having to wait till db is unlocked.

    - states can now send messages prior to round starting.

    - there is a 12hr grace period from the actual end of round till the game is turned off. This grace period will allow you to use your remaining turns.
    once 12 hrs hits, there is nothing more i can do.. So use the rest of your turns in this 12hr grace period. And yes markets are open during this time.

    - When the round is completely over (after 12hr grace period) states can still log in and look at state scores and nation ranks. The rest of the features will be turned off..
    ( will stay that way till server is reset and new round begins. the time frame for this all depends on certain changes being made to the game)

    - Min land issue has been taken care of. Now the min amount of land you can lose is 20 (will help during wars)


    Round will begin on Sunday March 2nd! (maybe tomorrow night if i get the little things done in time.)

    and yes, before you say anything, the header is not completely done yet either. Time, next turn and round ends will be filled in shortly.

    There is also an extra box in the overview that has ???? i will fill that in as i have an idea for it. (maybe a set or 2 though)

    ohh wow thx mr p i didnt even realize that it was going to be march already i thought thier was still a week to go... which means spring breaks is 2 weeks away but that also means midterms is next week.. ummm.. i need to go study history... ive slept a few to many classes...

    back on topic

    good to see all the changes lookin forward to seeing more hopfully

    Quick question... will it tell us who stole them if we "Shield" the mission. Because both times I had cash stolen from me this round I had spies on patrol and they "Shielded" the mission meaning they didn't take us much cash from me. So if I have patrols out would I find out who is stealing my cash then? Just wanted to clarify on this, thanks! The changes look good!

    No they have to fully fail the mission in order for you to see who it was.

    so so we have to create new accounts for next round or will our old accounts work when the game is unlocked?

    right now each set you have to make new accounts. When i have the global
    accounts up and running then you won't need to make new ones each set.

    But i'll let you know when that happens :-)
