The pact from my understanding, requires us all to maintain Peace within our own nations.

Not to police wow.

7 did not sign the agreement...

If a nation that signed the agreement was to begin a war, then I would perhaps see just cause for a massive retal.

Perhaps I am misguided...

I am interested in seeing the reason for warring Kiht.

Perhaps it had somthing to do with #50 jumping from Kiht and suicideing other states?

USA and LOL did kill him... however, maybe 7 was also angered?

or perhaps 7 had past problems with Kiht?

so Lets all agree that we wont war each other and if anyone wars we all intervien and stop them.

We can intervien politically and try to solve this peacefully.. but also take note the state that did the attacks has been threating many and was still let into KIHT It is open to discussion
