Only when it starts destroying 5m food and 2m inf per attack does it hurt

All I said was that GAs do not do much damage on the 2nd day of the set. I did not say anything about whether or not the attacks should be allowed or if you should make appropriate retals on that state in question.

That should be left up to the nation leaders and states involved.

Ive Talked to the leader of KIHT and I dont know who Orca is and we will get to the bottom of this asap... As The Nation that came up wit the Peace pact i Will show how to handle a situation like this by example and showing my intention for World Peace Hopefully hes a noob that attacked like that by mistake....but we will soon see
