this was this spy i kick, and now he try to mass ships (he has only level8 ships) and nice number of turns and cash...
i think that USSR REALLY mast more check own members, if he want to stay as nation!

mass ships would have been like 2mil+ at this state of the game... 1,2mil after all the attacks is hardly mass. I would call it poor defences

yes but i think that those turns (and cash) he has probably get some 3+M

and why i say mass ships, ships was only thing what he was upgrade and product!

Hey man, you can't blame Skycat for being too cautious this set when it comes to suiciders!! It brought him a lot of trouble last set and from the looks of it he is showing that he is keeping his eyes open and not taking any chances this set! I give him credit for that. At least he's trying.

How can you not agree with SkyCat, I bet there is someone in the Top 10 not thinking about his defence and would have been hurt by those ships. He had already hit a LOR state with some AA's and we don't know who was next. Also who is to say he would attack a top 10 state he could have ruined anyones set.
If we had not killed him then I'm sure LOR would have. Its obvious he was gunning for someone.

ALSO a state with pretty much all Ships is a state of Mass ships. Does not matter how many he has he still has mostly ships so for people saying he only has 1 mil+ ships how can that be mass ships. He stills has mostly ships.
