[Mr President]

-Message System-

The message system has been reworked. The old style was long overdue for a change. A new feature has been added called "contacts". When you receive a message there is a tab asking you if you would like to add (whoever) as a contact. This will add this state to a list that you can view when sending a message. Nothing special but should make sending a message a little faster.

-Shared Intelligence-

When doing a state overview spy operation there is now a button you can click if you wish to share this intel with the rest of your nation. If clicked any member in your nation can go into the Nations HQ and click on Intelligence Reports. This will list out all the reports you or your members have on file that you chose to share.

oh and sorry for the quick reset and start up.. But this feb is only 28 days..
