Importance of tech!

Hey all, i wanna remind you all how important tech is in this game.

In the end biggest nations will get lots of new land and that will mean tech rates will go down. So if you wanna stay high in scores, u gotta have lots of tech.

And the manual seems to be lil old in this case, it says states can donate tech to nation which is not possible anymore.

Anyways, all self respecting nations will have their tech in max at this point, so remember to buy tech now. I can see there are even now quite cheap tech on market, about 7m, buy those! x)
