EE surrendered. That's only reason that LOR accepted it--because we have to accept when another nation surrenders (as long as that nation has proven that their word is good when they do surrender). We've got some chivalry

Surrendered? I don't believe a word of it. EE is higher in the rankings and killed more net during the war, and nearly as many states, so I see it at the very least as a marginal victory for EE (and a major one for us netters
