If you're staying at 1500 calories a day, you're not only losing fat, but muscles as well.

I've lost 30 pounds from a simple diet. Build up your muscles, so you're burning more energy, and use your bicycle to work instead of your car. I still eat and drink the same crap as before.

I know that very few noticed my inactivity, but for those who care, I was preparing myself for a bodybuilding show. I will post some pics of how i looked the day of the show, and a before after pic so people can get motivated if they want to change their body.

Well not huge, i'm a experienced bodybuilder, the before pic i was 93kgs 23%Bodyfat off season, thats 204Lb for u Americans, and the after pic i mean yesterday i'm 70kgs and 6.6% bodyfat dried to my bones, thats about 154Lb and i'm 1.70meters tall so it was more likely a fat shedding strategy anyone wanting tips, or help can msg me freely and i can give you some kind of advice.

The true secret is in the diet.

    Calories in vs Calories out.

Was that the "Muscle Fitness" Extreme Body Challenge?

I need to dig up some old pics from my run in it.

-- !2 weeks is a lot of time for a fairly experienced lifter.

    Not a lot, just enough...

Its what a cutting plan should last at least.
