i guess he just figured he would get away with it again..or just not get caught.

I am hearing he is facing quite a few big time charges (jailtime) etc...
Which he will probably be "not guilty" again.
The charges against OJ
• Two counts of first-degree kidnapping, a felony, carrying the possibility of life in state prison or a definite term of 15 years, depending on the sentencing judge's discretion. Parole eligibility begins after five years.
• Two counts of robbery with use of a deadly weapon, a felony, mandatory 2-15 years in prison, plus a possible additional 1-15 years for use of a weapon.
• Burglary while in possession of a deadly weapon, felony, 2-15 years.
• Coercion with use of a deadly weapon, a felony, 2-12 years in prison.
• Two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, felony, 1-6 years.
• Conspiracy to commit kidnapping, felony, 1-6 years.
• Conspiracy to commit robbery, felony, 1-6 years.
• Conspiracy to commit a crime, gross misdemeanor, 1 year in county jail.
It just seems too convienent that they had an audio recorder going.... But all in all it is nice to see him finally see some jail time.
dont get too excited. he have spent all the time he will.

nah, theres too much evidence against him. So unless they can prove there was an comspericy(sp) against him, then he's off to jail.
He was in jail for a couple hours. But then someone posted the 125k bail on him.
well that doesn't mean he's off tho. But as long as he doesn't run he'll live, but after the trial i think that he'll be in jail for a long time.
He won't run....there are probably cameras (from the media) surrounding his house, watching his every move.
If he does get off the hook again this time, I'm betting he will make a book about how he would take his things back and have it describe exactly what happened in the hotel room.
