well last i saw about it it wasnt just "his" items he took back. aparently he stole other things that didnt originally belong to him. so his story about "going to retrieve my own stolen goods" is aload of bullhinkle.

so if some payed his bail fee, does that mean he doesnt have to stay in jail untill his courts case? or is the whole thing over?

He is free to do what he wants until his court hearing. If bail wasn't posted then he would have to stay in jail until his court hearing.

he cant go "anywhere" the conditions of bail is that he stay within the county/state depending on the judge. if he leaves they may have to send the DOG after him

I didn't say he could go anywhere. I said he could do what he wanted to....although I should have added within the judge's specifications.

wow, somehow no one is going to be surprised that you would hit a cop.

But back on subject, He is going to jail. Theres no denying it with the evidence. Whether or not that he gets the higher charges off and he only spends 1 or 2 years instead of like 10 is the real question.

Here is how it will go. His defense lawyer will work out a bargain where he pleads guilty to a couple of the more serious charges and the rest will be dropped. Then, the "manditory" sentances will be placed on him... and subsiquently and imediatly divided in half, then he will get time for good behavior in prison, then he will be eligable for parole. He might serve a year. Tops. Thank god we live in the good ol USA with its fine ol system of justice eh? Of course, that is considering that the defense doesn't find some way that the evidence was "illegally obtained" and violated this "poor inocent" man's rights. PLEASE, don't get me started on the JOKE of a justice system we have here in the U.S. In order to state my full and honest opinion I would be required to violate the TOS of this server and also I would subject myself to possible arrest for sedation for spreading "treasonus thoughts" through the internet. (thank god for the Patriot act eh?)
