whilst the state was indeed too small to hit Kanman, imo it is ridiculous to think that anyone who set out to ruin some states wouldn't make sure he was big enough...not to mention the fact that it looked like a mutli of someone who knew what he was doing (high networth low land state who did all the AAs in a very short period of time)...also strange that no nation was formed to declare war and maximise damage......
