The Dipnoi are a group of sarcopterygiian fish, are are commonly known as the lungfish. Their "lung" is a modified swim bladder, which in most fish is used for buoyancy in swimming, but in the lungfish also absorbs oxygen and removes wastes. there is a guy like that every couple of years. not impressed. and last season like over 50 records were broken in total.. so breakig na record is standard at pretty much each event
heck, theres even 14 or 16 year olds breaking world records
oh, and as for proof... fish can'T talk
and only humans can qualify as an competitor to an olympic event nor can fish have american citizenship.
