A forum Premium Account (e.g. 1 or 3 months) could be included as part of the Lottery prize. Just to add some extra flavor to the Lottery...

maybe purchasing a prem account gives you a set price on the lottery. say like 50k per ticket for aslong as you own one no matter how big your state?
