From what i have heard is that there has been no contact between LOR and EE so far. But if two states allready jumped over it's kinda clear about their intentions.

if they are going to be neutral (those 3 states) why not jump to WAL? we have a NAP with EE and friendly intentions with the other nations so we would be staying out..but instead they jump to LORand if they are cashers theres always GofH....

I am well aware of their history records. 193 and 254 particpated in limited strikes. 141 is an active warrer. If LoR does plan on netting, they should have contacted one of the leaders of the warring nations first before they start letting EE states escape there. Hopefully Pron and/or Ali will be in touch with one of us soon.
