hmmm..i think the GDN dosen't work and it's just a waste of cash each turn,it's supposed to protect the player from nations with double networth but i have 1,5m net and have been attacked by a guy who has 13m+!!

Its also suppose to protect you from getting attacked by much smaller states.. im not so sure how that held up either..

I'm not sure how GDN helps exactly, I'm sure it must have been semi-useful back when we had more players. The only recent example I can think of was someone rank 2-3 dropping into GDN to avoid being hit by rank 1. I think it was Tnova?

I tested it by trying to attack some states in the GDN with less than half my networth. It seems to be working.
