Well that's the way I tell, you can tell what's a fair fight however you want. Let me give an example too. Say Nation A is 23 members and first strikes a 20 man nation B that is rank one in total net. Two days later, that Nation B is completely dead and has only killed one Nation A back. Is that a fair fight?

Yes. The member count was even at the time of declaration, and Nation B had a lot of high NW states. That is their fault they couldn't organize a CS, and they died.

A nation that is ontop should be ready for anything. It is fair more then it looks. If thats the case...every war is unfair. in order for it to be fair, the nation FS would have to have 15 states, and the nation B has to have 20. So when they kill the first 5, its 15 vs 15.

Not only that, EE was war ready. It's not like we blindsided them here. They had already destroyed 2 smaller nations, so it's not like they were netting. How many small nations were they going to destroy before someone stops them? You make it sound like EE was unprepared and we wiped them out and it's unfair.
