sounds like a coach who takes his job seriously and cares for the kids in his program. my hat off to him

I saw this on espn. The coach was pretty pissed off, but hey he was defending his players and I think his players are going to love that and play better for him. The media shouldn't be attacking amateur athletes. They aren't getting paid to play, so why criticize and judge them so harshly?

Wouldn't have any problems letting him train my "fantasy son". I respect any coach willing to accept responsibility for defeats

they fact of the matter is it was after a win. i don't know if it was from a game where the lost or not, but the fact of the matter is he's the kind of coach that I'd want my kids to play under... Just as long as he doesn't yell at the kids like that.

yeah but what i meant was when the paper was from, it's doubtful that that paper was talking about the game they just won.
